This week on exploring with phill we explore and investigate The Quittacas Water Treatment Plant in Rochester Massachusetts. This location is rumored to be haunted by the former caretaker Adoniram Stone Negus died right before retirement. Not only that the woods surrounding the former plant is said to have Pukwudgies and other ghostly accounts. This location is was interesting to check out and I can’t wait for you guys to see what we caught at this location. We got some responses that might point to some sort of fire or accident at the plant and for some odd reason children.
