A deep purification technology that uses ultrasonic waves to treat wastewater. Ultrasound is a sound wave with a frequency higher than the audible sound frequency (typically 20 kHz). Using the special effects of ultrasound and substances (mainly cavitation, heat, etc.), organic pollutants in wastewater can be degraded. For example: dechlorination of chlorobenzene and chlorophenol, degradation of parathion, etc. Generally, the efficiency of ultrasonic treatment of polar and hardly volatile substances is worse than that of non-polar volatile pollutants, and the degradation effect of hydrophobic pollutants is better than hydrophilic pollutants.
