Chief Executive Officer of the Guyana Water Inc. Shaik Baksh on Friday announced a massive water treatment programme which is set to commence shortly. At a press conference, the CEO said the company has heard the cry of the population on the coastal belt for better quality of water. According to Baksh, with $25 billion set aside for the project over the next three years, customers on the coast will experience a significant improvement in water quality. Kurt Campbell reports…
