Wastewater from various sources need different coagulants, and working conditions for various types of wastewater is also changed for different coagulants. It is very necessary to know the factors which affect the coagulation and flocculation process. Therefore here in this video, I have tried to discuss some factor which can affect coagulation and flocculation followed by the overall treatment process.
Chemicals used in coagulation, Use of coagulant aids, pH , Alkalinity, Temperature, Time, Velocity and Zeta Potential, are various factors which affects the coagulation followed by overall treatment process.
